Nevada’s bill to regulate interactive gaming received approval Tuesday from the Senate Judiciary Committee, on the same day that online poker advocates gathered in Washington DC to urge lawmakers to regulate the activity.
Nevada’s AB 258 was approved by the Judiciary Committee with one amendment and now moves on to the Senate floor, with a vote expected as early as this week. The amended bill will then return to the Assembly for a final vote.
