Gibraltar-licensed online gaming operator Digibet suffered a setback today after the European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled that the more liberal gambling policy adopted temporarily by the German state of Schleswig-Holstein does not damage the consistency of the stricter policy pursued by the other German states.
