Six Pennsylvania state representatives have asked their Attorney General to look into allegations that US casino and racecourse operator Penn National Gaming fraudulently blocked a gaming and racetrack venue project to prevent it from competing with one of the operator’s nearby venues.
Representatives Chris Sainato, Elder Vogel, Jaret Gibbons, Mark Longietti, Robert Matzie and James Marshall wrote to Attorney General Kathleen Kane, asking her to investigate the allegations.
