Delaware and Nevada signed the first multi-state internet gaming agreement that will allow operators in both states to share liquidity.
However, the agreement only applies to operators present in both states, meaning 888 Holdings will be the only beneficiary of the agreement. Delaware residents will not be allowed to access the poker pools of Nevada licensees such as Ultimate Gaming.
