The Australian state of Victoria will trial an incentive programme for licensed betting operators to service high roller customers in order to stop them from migrating to illegal offshore operators.
Racing Victoria (RV) said that the “high volume, low margin” (HVLM) incentive program will run for six months, backdated to July 1st, and cover the key Victorian wagering period including the popular Spring Racing Carnival.
