Australia’s Tatts Group is in talks over a potential deal to acquire INTRALOT’s Australian and New Zealand businesses.
The deal would see Tatts take charge of a division that reported a €29.1m decline in sales in the first quarter of this year, although this Australasian division also included operations in Asian countries.
Tatts said that it has been in discussions with INTRALOT over the potential acquisition “for some time”.
