A bill to regulate daily fantasy sports (DFS) contests in New Jersey is just one step away from becoming law after it was approved by both of the state’s legislative houses.
The bill, A3532, passed the New Jersey Senate last week, with 29 Senators voting in favour and six against. It was approved by the Assembly earlier this year in May.
It will now be sent to Governor Chris Christie for final approval.
