U.S non-compliance with WTO ruling debilitating Antigua

The twin-island nation of Antigua and Barbuda, once a leading online gaming licensing jurisdiction, has called on its Caribbean neighbours for help in forcing the United States of America to comply with a World Trade Organisation (WTO) ruling on the dispute between the two countries regarding internet gambling.
