Uruguay's National Department of Lotteries and Pools (DNLQ) and its Communications Services Regulatory Unit (URSEC) have blacklisted 23 sports betting websites for illegally targeting players in the country.
This takes the total number of blacklisted domains in 2018 to 63 and includes leading gambling and betting operators such as bet365, 888 and PokerStars.
Uruguay's ban on offshore online gaming operators came into force in January, with the latest blacklisted domains marking the third update to the list.
