Sports data solutions provider Perform Group is preparing the launch of its football visualisation product, which it describes as the most detailed tracking solution for ball movement and player actions available in the industry today.

The product, powered by its live data subsidiary Opta, will be launched at this year's ICE Totally Gaming event in February.

It covers more than 10,000 matches each season across more than 60 leading football competitions and allows users to easily track a player's influence on a game, as well as the position of play, aiding betting decisions and enhancing the viewing experience.

The solution has been built to expand on Perform's existing data visualisation product from RunningBall, another of its subsidiaries.

It is available in a range of languages and has been developed for use on mobile and desktop sportsbook sites, and can be easily integrated and customised based on clients' requirements.

"This year we will launch a series of innovative new products driven by the highest quality sports content in the industry," Perform executive vice president of betting Andrew Ashenden said. "Our Opta-powered football visualisation, incorporating detailed player data, is just one of the exciting developments."
