Omni-channel sports betting provider Playtech BGT Sports (PBS) has launched its BetTracker product with five independent UK bookmakers ahead of the start of the new football season.

The BetTracker app allows operators to improve the multi-channel experience for its retail customers, with players able to monitor and cash-out shop bets on their personal mobile device.

The product has been rolled out for Betfred, JenningsBet, Boylesports, Sean Graham, and Corbett’s, with three more independent bookmakers set to go live with the solution in the coming weeks. This includes Joe Jennings, David Pluck, and Chisholm.

“BetTracker has been a fantastic addition to the retail sector since its launch, and we’re pleased that many of our existing partners are now offering it to their customers,” said John Pettit, Playtech BGT Sports’ managing director for UK, Ireland, Asia, and Australia. “The unique app provides players with much greater choice, improving the user experience and in turn, boosting incremental revenue in shops as it attracts new and existing customers alike.

“With the football season kicking off soon, we are hoping to carry on the momentum, and are confident this roll-out will contribute significantly to that.”
