Sydney-listed betting operator and B2B provider TopBetta Holdings has signed an agreement to provide its services to Australian online bookmaker Neds.

The deal with TopBetta's Alderney-licensed subsidiary will allow the operator to utilise The Global Tote platform across its Neds.com.au betting offering, and soon-to-be launched global platform.

"Being a wholesale tote, The Global Tote allows wagering operators to customise pricing using a range of products including other totes and SP pricing to deliver some of the most competitive products in online wagering," explained TopBetta CEO Todd Buckingham.

"Neds.com.au have shown in a short space of time that they are innovative, agile and ambitious in their bid to make a mark in the Australian and global markets, and we are excited that they have embraced The Global Tote under the terms of a commercial in confidence contract."

Neds CEO Dean Shannon added: "The Global Tote will play a key role in our Australian and international plans for the Neds business. The deal with The Global Tote will help us to customise our offering to give our punters the best available pricing in the market."

The provision of the services will be subject to standard approvals from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

Integration into Neds.com.au is expected to begin in the coming weeks, with a live date for offering The Global Tote pricing expected during the first quarter of next year.

The Global Tote also confirmed that its integration with another Australian operator, Ladbrokes.com.au, had commenced and is expected to go live in Q1 as well.

Shares in TopBetta Holdings Ltd (ASX:TBH) closed up 3.03 per cent at AUD$0.34 per share in Sydney Wednesday.
