PokerStars-owner The Stars Group has sealed an agreement with one of its major shareholders, Asian investor Tang Hao, which will allow him to appoint an observer to the company's board of directors.
Hao holds a 17.9 per cent stake in The Stars Group through his company Discovery Key Investments, equivalent to around 26,455,200 common shares, and has agreed not to increase this shareholding to more than 20 per cent prior to the company's 2020 Annual General Meeting, unless through a negotiated transaction [...]
