Sporting Solutions, the B2B arm of spread betting specialist Sporting Group, has agreed a deal to supply sportsbook pricing services to Swedish state-owned gaming operator Svenska Spel.

Sporting Solutions was chosen following a competitive public procurement process and will supply pricing services to Svenska Spel for an initial one year term.

This covers pre-match and in-play pricing across a number of sports for the Swedish market, including tennis, football, American football and ice hockey.

“With the help of our pricing and trading services Svenska Spel will be better able to compete with private operators in their liberalising domestic market,” said Simon Trim, chief executive of Sporting Group. “Their ability to use our software to pool further resources into local sports will increase differentiation, drive acquisition and help maintain their position as a market leader.”
