Portugal’s lottery monopoly Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa has appointed Playtech to provide the technology for its new online gaming arm.
Santa Casa announced the launch of the new charitable online company Sociedade de Apostas Sociais (SAS) in January last year. It will launch with its Placard sports betting brand driven by Playtech’s BGT Sports (PBS) technology on the IMS platform.
