The German Association for Telecommunications and Media (DVTM) has attacked the German Lotto and Toto Block’s (DLTB) call for payment processors to block transactions to gambling sites.
The DLTB has published an opinion in which it demands that the German Gambling Council (Glücksspielkollegium) immediately implement payment blocking against unlicensed gaming sites. It argues that this can be implemented with the help of banks and credit card companies.
