Astra Games Limited, a UK-based wholly owned subsidiary of Austrian gaming giant Novomatic, confirmed Thursday that the company is in discussions with Danoptra to acquire certain key assets including Bell Fruit Games, Gamestec, Mazooma Interactive Games and RLMS, as it looks to create a leading presence in the UK gaming market.
