Stockholm-listed gaming operator Cherry has agreed a deal to acquire a 49 per cent stake in Malta-licensed operator ComeOn, further strengthening its position in the Scandinavian iGaming market.
Cherry will initially pay €80m for a 49 per cent stake in ComeOn, with €39.8m payable in cash and the balance in newly issued B shares of Cherry.
