US gaming and lottery supplier Scientific Games has reported a 5 per cent increase in revenue to $2.88bn for the 2016 year, benefiting from its fifth consecutive quarter of growth during the final quarter of the year.

Revenue in Q4 rose 2 per cent year-on-year to $752.2m, with a 52 per cent increase in Interactive revenue helping to offset declines in the company's core Gaming and Lottery divisions. Results were also impacted by $12.2m of unfavourable currency translations.
