Alongside integrations for Leap Gaming, MrSlotty, Zitro Interactive, this week has seen new slots released by Yggdrasil Gaming and GW Games, a new surf-themed table game from Scientific Games, and the first in a series of celebrity-themed slots from the World Poker Fund.

World Poker Fund

World Poker Fund Holdings will launch the first in a series of celebrity-themed slots at G2E Las Vegas next week with a new game based on seven-time NBA All-Star Tracy McGrady.

T-Mac Slots is a two-pronged slot series, formatted as both a social gaming app and website, as well as for the land-based gaming sector.

The free-to-play game will be unveiled next week, with the brick-and-mortar version set to follow. It includes custom voiceovers and basketball-themed visuals personally co-designed by McGrady himself.

"This is one of the most creative products I've ever developed,” said McGrady. “I wanted a purely fun and different way to entertain and interact with my fans, and getting into the tech and gaming world is a very exciting new venture for me because it does just that.

GW Games

UK games developer GW Games has launched a new slot game for Ladbrokes. Available on mobile and desktop, Full Metal Dragon is a 5 reel, 20-line slot game with a heavy metal theme.

Players must help Lemmy the Dragon find the Drum Kit at the end of the Dragon’s Quest Bonus. If the Dragon’s Eye symbol lands on the centre wheel, wild symbols can award a multiplier on all line wins, activating free spins or open the bonus feature.

Yggdrasil Gaming

Yggdrasil has launched what it has described as its most “graphically advanced” game to date with the release of Double Dragons.

The five-reel, 25-payline slot features is packed with a number of additional stand-out features. The base game boasts dropdown symbols and stacked wild reels of up to 28 symbols long.

The stacked reels are topped with dragon head wilds which advance players closer to the free spins round, and give either additional wilds or multipliers. The Double Dragons feature unleashes two stacked wild reels after any four consecutive wins.

The slot also challenges players to grind the reels long enough to collect nine dragon head wilds of either colour to enter a free spins round, where the Double Dragon feature is activated with only two consecutive wins.

Double Dragons supports Yggdrasil’s collection of in-game promotional tools, BOOST, and its social media tool, BRAG.

Isle of Man-licensed iGaming platform provider Iforium has signed a new multi-year agreement with leading video bingo supplier Zitro Interactive.

This partnership will see Iforium integrate the complete portfolio of Zitro content to its Gameflex casino platform.

This will include all bingo themed desktop and mobile games from the Spanish provider such as Turbo 2, Secret Bingo, Last Bingo in Paris and Powermanía Bonus.

The developer, which is owned by Loberta UAB, is recognised for creating mobile friendly HD and HTML5 slot games including Emoji Slot, Super Dragons Fire and Treasures of Egypt.

Tangelo/Leap Gaming

Toronto-listed social gaming operator Tangelo Games has agreed a partnership to expand its offering with virtual sports from Leap Gaming.

Leap will provide a 3D virtual sports product for Tangelo's social gaming platform, including the Akamon and Diwip brands, which will be available to the operator’s European and Latin American customers by the end of the year.

Tangelo's managing director Oscar Fonrodona said he was delighted by the new collaboration with Leap Gaming.

“Their virtual sports products are truly state of the art and provide an exquisite user experience across all platforms,” he said. “We are sure that the resultant product will fit very well with our players and our consumer brands and will help both our ability to retain and monetize existing players, as well as open new channels of acquisition".

Scientific Games

The US supplier will hit the waves at G2E Las Vegas next week with the release of a new table game based on surfboard brand Hawaiian Island Creations (HIC).

Scientific Games' Shuffle Master HIC Hold 'em Poker is a new variation of the popular Pineapple Hold 'em poker in which players get three cards to form their best two-card starting hand.

The game is is the first version of hold 'em to incorporate the Shuffle Master i-Deal Plus shuffler into the game by randomly selecting the bet multiplier, in turn creating more excitement at the table and additional ways for players to win big.

Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation (OLG)

The Canadian provincial lottery operator has added National Basketball Association (NBA) games to its OLG’s PRO-LINE sports betting offering for the 2016-17 NBA regular season.

The operator said that PRO-LINE provides a trusted platform for sports fans to wager on a full line-up of professional and college sports such as baseball. The 2016-17 NBA regular season begins October 25th.

“Ontario loves basketball, and coming off NBA All-Star 2016 in Toronto and the Raptors’ most successful season in franchise history, the popularity of the NBA in Canada is at an all-time high,” said Greg McKenzie, OLG’s chief operating officer. “OLG is thrilled to add the NBA to PRO-LINE for our customers.
