London-listed operator Gaming Realms has expanded its content portfolio with the launch of Slingo Rainbow Riches, which combines elements of the popular Slingo bingo and slots hybrid with Scientific Games' wildly successful slot title Rainbow Riches.

The game in based on Slingo game mechanics and incorporates Rainbow Riches bonus rounds, as well as social elements that include the ability to purchase unlimited additional spins.

The title is the latest to leverage the Rainbow Riches format, which has grown to be the UK's most popular retail slot title. A pure bingo variant of the game is also available, developed by Scientific Games and Playtech.

Gaming Realms said that while the game is expected to appeal to all players, it has been designed specifically for female, mobile-first players aged 34 and under.

"We are really excited about the launch of Slingo Rainbow Riches and our collaboration with Scientific Games," Gaming Realms chief executive Patrick Southon said.

"It is a unique game that will take the market by storm and adds to the portfolio of Slingo games already enjoyed by millions."

Slingo Rainbow Riches will be available for third-party clients as part of the Slingo Originals portfolio, and is live on Gaming Realms' Slingo.com site.

Shares in Gaming Realms plc (Co.Data) (AIM:GMR) were trading down 9.43 per cent at 12.00 pence per share in London early Monday.
