Casino supplier NetEnt has strengthened its presence in Latin American with a deal to provide its games to operator Caliente.

The deal will see a range of NetEnt games go live with Caliente in Mexico, with integration work due to begin shortly.

"I am very pleased that Caliente has selected us as a business partner for online casino," NetEnt Americas managing director Björn Krantz said. "They are a true frontrunner in Mexico, and a major player within the regulated online gaming space.

"I am convinced that we can support them to drive online casino growth and to provide the best-in-class entertainment experience to their player community," he explained.

"We are very excited to integrate NetEnt's world class gaming portfolio," Caliente Interactive chief executive Emilio Hank said. "We are confident the games will expand our growth and solidify our leadership in the regulated Mexican market."

The deal is NetEnt's second in the Mexican market, with its games already live with Spanish operator Codere, through an agreement signed in December 2016.

Shares in NetEnt AB (Co.Data) (STO:NET-B) were trading up 2.07 per cent at SEK64.20 per share in Stockholm early Monday, having set a new 52-week low of SEK61.40 per share on September 27th.
