The government of Brazil has reopened the tender process for the 15-year concession to operate the Lotex instant lottery.
The latest tender was launched Friday August 30th with the publication of the tender notice in the official federal gazette, three years after the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) was first tasked with the privatisation.
