Position: Head of Player Support

Redbet Holding AB, listed on the Stockholm First North stock exchange since 2006, is the parent company in a group comprising operative subsidiaries that provide online gaming services for poker, casino, bingo and sportsbetting.

Currently we operate mainly in the Nordic countries but as our market enlarges together with Redbet Gaming Ltd´s relocation to and development in Malta, an experienced person within IGaming and Player Support is needed in the core operational unit of our business.

Redbet´s overall desired outcome is achieving a high performing organisation that delivers high quality services, hence we are looking to recruit a professional with management experience that can demonstrate leadership skills.

The main responsibilities of the Head of Player Support include:

- Implement work flow processes and documentation
- Recruit and grow the Support Team as per business requirements
- Provide employee training and maintain support knowledge base
- Manage and improve quality of service
- Liaising with other departments to meet business demands
- Ensure that your team has adequate access to information, assistance and guidance to enable them to transact with confidence and maintain a player centric approach
- Emphasis on accuracy and process improvement
- Prioritize internal demands to limit pressure on your team

Profile:

We are looking for a high moral leadership role model that can act decisively and openly, and be able to tackle difficult situations. This person must also value the company's high level of professionalism and demonstrate excellence in planning, problem solving, communication, operational and customer service skills.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

Fluency in English
Excellent social skills
A talent for rapid decision making and multitasking under pressure
A minimum of 5 years experience within the IGaming industry
A minimum of 3 years experience managing/supervising a team in similar environments.
