The main responsibilities of the Casino Manager include:

- Overall Responsibility for the casino offering at redbet.com and whitebet.com
- Ongoing development of the casino offering and brands in cooperation with the Product Manager
- Budget responsibility for the casino offering and related activities
- Serve as the main point of contact with external providers
- Development of consumer sales and marketing campaigns in cooperation with the web marketing manager
- Managing player communications
- Maintaing awareness of casino activities amongst the customer support team
- Monitoring and analysis of market and competitor intelligence
- Recruitment and management of casino affiliates together with the affiliate manager
- Ensuring that up to date content is maintained across the brands

The successful candidate must possess the following:

- Extensive knowledge of casino games
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of team
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- 2-3 years of business experience required; gaming industry experience strongly preferred
- Marketing, sales or business development background
- Strong negotiating skills
- Must be fluent in English and preferably another language (French, German, Italian, Swedish, Finnish)
- A willingness to travel at least once per quarter
