The main responsibilities of the Web Marketing Manager include:

- Working on direct communication campaigns to customers both online and offline via the web, email, banners and events for casino, poker and sports betting
- Working closely with the poker, casino and sports betting managers to implement marketing activities
- Evaluating marketing campaigns
- Contributing to and development of long-term marketing plans and strategies in cooperation with the marketing director
- Liaising with existing and potential online and offline partners to help develop successful marketing solutions
- Reporting and analysing marketing performance and monitoring competitor activities

The candidate should be educated to degree level (ideally with a marketing qualification), and have experience in online marketing with a proven track record of delivering marketing programs/projects within a sport, casino and poker environment.

The candidate should be a self motivated, dynamic and analytical individual who can demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.

It is crucial that you are able to work in a start-up phase business, with significant entrepreneurial attributes.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

- Demonstrable customer centric thinking
- Team player, able to work with multiple business units to achieve objectives
- Ability to create and implement processes
- Experience in email marketing tools and systems
