German betting and gaming operator mybet Holding has signed a Letter of Intent with mobile payment specialist United Mobility Technology (UMT) to develop a new gambling-specific payment solution.
The two companies aim to develop a new payment solution using blockchain technology, supported by a customer loyalty programme designed to incentivise mybet customers to use the UMT solution.
UMT, which has 13m users in Germany, has said that it will invest up to €500,000 towards developing the new solution.
