The Netherlands government is moving forward with plans to regulate online gambling with the opening of a public consultation on its new legislation.
The government had planned to enact its proposed Remote Gaming Bill by October 1st and award licences by April 2019, as set out by the country's gambling regulator Kansspelautorieit (KSA) in October last year.
