The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has concluded its investigation of London-listed gaming operator GVC Holdings, ruling that the business can continue to operate in the state under its current licences.
The regulator’s investigation was launched in response to GVC's acquisition of bwin.party, which is the online gaming partner of the Borgata in New Jersey, and tested GVC’s suitability to continue this partnership.
