France’s online gaming regulator ARJEL has taken its first disciplinary action against a licensed operator, launching sanction proceedings against three licensees.
Following a meeting on December 3rd, ARJEL issued formal notices to three as yet unnamed operators under Article 43 of the law regulating online gaming, highlighting the areas of non-compliance.
