The Swiss Supreme Court, the highest legal authority in Switzerland, has dismissed an appeal filed by the Swiss Federal Commission for Gaming Houses and confirmed the legality of Tactilo electronic lottery distributors - the game which contributes nearly one third of the profits generated by Loterie Romande.
