Arkansas Bill seeks to limit Lottery advertising spend

A bill was introduced Thursday to the Arkansas legislature which seeks to limit the amount of money that the Arkansas Lottery Commission may spend on advertising.

The primary duty of the Arkansas Lottery Commission is to provide scholarships to enable  students to attend Arkansas colleges and universities.
