Corruption in British horse racing is back in the spotlight again this week after the British Horseracing Authority charged a total of 13 people with serious breaches of the Rules of Racing.
The BHA action follows an investigation into suspicious betting activity on a number of races that took place between January 17th and August 15th 2009, where horses were laid to lose.
