Digital sports content provider Perform Group has brought in English TV and radio presenter Gabby Logan as a non-executive director.
A former Wales international gymnast, as well as the daughter of former Welsh international footballer Terry Yorath, Logan is one of Britain's leading sports journalists.
Through the course of her extensive career in sports, Logan has worked for broadcasters including Sky Sports, the BBC, ITV and Channel 5 covering the biggest sporting events around the world.
