A New Jersey judge issued a temporary restraining order on Monday (May 6th) to stop Colony Capital from entering negotiations with a third party and continue with its agreement to sell the Atlantic Club to PokerStars parent The Rational Group.
PokerStars' complaint claimed it had paid $11m of the $15m purchase price to the seller so that it could, among other things, assist PokerStars with its licensure.
