US Judge dismisses civil RICO suit against Full Tilt

The corporate entities that make up Full Tilt, together with the professional poker players involved in the business, have won a victory in the first class action law suit brought by former US players.


The class action suit was the result of US players’ demands for the return of funds held by Full Tilt after the Department of Justice indictment of the Full Tilt companies and its founders in April last year.
