Bulgarian telecommunications operator Globul has been found guilty of offering mobile gambling services to Bulgarian residents without the approval of the State Commission on Gambling .
The ruling by Sofia Administrative Court marks the first successful prosecution of a mobile gambling operator under penal provisions introduced by the commission in 2010.
