New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement announced Friday that it will publish its proposed online gaming regulations on June 3rd, with final adoption to take place after a 60-day public comment period expiring August 2nd.
The proposed online gaming regulations establish technical standards for ensuring player integrity and safeguarding against underage and problem gambling, as well as system software standards for age verification, fraud prevention and funding limits for customer accounts.
