London-listed poker and lottery provider PCG Entertainment (PCGE) has entered into an option agreement to acquire Center Point Development Corp (CPDC), an Asian-facing distributor of online gaming software, for a total consideration of up to US$20m.
CPDC is wholly owned and controlled by Kolarmy Technology and distributes online gaming software in Japan, China and other countries in south east Asia.
