The Bulgarian State Commission on Gambling (SCG) has awarded online poker giant PokerStars the country’s third online gaming licence, while adding five further sites to its blacklist of unlicensed operators.
The Rational Group brand becomes the third operator to be approved in Bulgaria after Malta licensee Eurofootball Malta in September last year, and the country’s state-owned operator Sport Totalisator was granted approval in January.
