Everleaf director charged with misappropriation of player funds

One of the directors of the now defunct iGaming operator Everleaf Gaming has appeared in a Maltese court charged with misappropriating players’ funds.

Everleaf has been inactive since July last year when the island’s gambling regulator, the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA), suspended its Class 3 on 4 (poker) and Class 1 on 4 (casino) licences amid complaints about issues cashing out funds from players.
