Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant has signed House Bill 967 into law, providing permanent regulations for Fantasy Sports contests.
The bill requires operators to obtain a licence from the Mississippi Gaming Commission to launch contests in the state. The licences will be valid for three years and require a $5,000 deposit plus eight per cent of quarterly net revenue earned in the state.
