Daily fantasy sports (DFS) giants DraftKings and FanDuel have failed in an attempt to secure a temporary restraining order to block the New York Attorney General from taking any action to drive the operators out of the state.
At a hearing held yesterday (November 16th) Judge Manuel Mendez ruled that no injunction was necessary, as Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has pledged to take no action against the companies until an emergency hearing is held.
