The First Civil Chamber of the German Supreme Court (Bundesgerichthof) has delayed a hearing to determine the legality of the country’s gambling laws until next year.
The Bundesgerichthof was originally set to hold a hearing on November 12th but has now postponed this until June 2nd 2016.
