Prague-listed betting and gaming operator Fortuna Entertainment Group has completed its acquisition of Hattrick Sports Group and the sale of its Czech lottery business.
Initially announced in February of this year, the deal for Hattrick has been approved by regulatory authorities as well as the company’s shareholders.
Fortuna will now take over ownership of Hattrick’s gaming businesses, which include leading Romanian betting operator Casa Pariurilor, Croatia's second largest operator PSK, and a stake in Spanish operator Luckia.
