Loto-Quebec interim chief executive Lynne Roiter has been handed the reins on a permanent basis.
Roiter was officially confirmed as Loto-Quebec's president and CEO Thursday after securing approval from the Council of Ministers for appointment to a state-owned company.
She has served as the lottery's interim president and chief executive since August 2016, and becomes the first woman to hold the position on a permanent basis.
