An Illinois federal court has dismissed an appeal against PokerStars and Full Tilt from four plaintiffs that had sought to recover losses on the online poker sites before they were shut down by the federal government in 2011.
The plaintiffs had filed suit against the poker operators in 2012, claiming that PokerStars and Full Tilt owed two of the plaintiffs (Casey Sonnenberg and Daniel Fahrner) money lost gambling on the poker sites.
