Reversing an earlier ruling by the Court of Appeals which granted a writ of prohibition against the seizure of 141 online gambling domain names by the state, the Kentucky Supreme Court said Thursday that both iMEGA and the Interactive Gaming Council lacked standing to bring the challenge as it remains unclear which domain names they actually represent.
