Congressman Jim McDermott announced Tuesday that he is re-introducing the Internet Gambling Regulation and Tax Enforcement Act featuring revisions which include an incentive for states and tribes to participate through a 6% tax on all deposits with licensed online gambling operators, generating up to an estimated $30 billion for state coffers over ten years.
