More than 4,100 people have been arrested across Asia following two INTERPOL-led investigations into illegal gambling during Euro 2016.
Authorities targeted illegal gambling dens and websites across Asia, with nearly 4,000 raids carried out across China (including Hong Kong and Macau), France, Greece, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
The illegal gambling dens were estimated to have handled around US$649m worth of bets, with authorities seizing more than $13.6m.
